IS BACK FOR TAKE TWO!
Lights, Camera, Caerphilly! Is back after a successful inaugural year in 2023.
LCC is a skills development programme that in 2023 gave 8 young aspiring actors the opportunity to receive training in their field, as well as in the wider Film and TV industries as a whole with support from Screen Alliance Wales, which is one of Wales' leading education and traineeship provider within the TV and Film sector here in Wales.
The trainee actors then recived paid acting work alongside proffesional actor Ben McGregor in a short film which premmiered at the Maxime Cinema in balcwood last November.
The scheme was devised and run by Andrew Creak on behalf of Third Time Lucky Productions, with funding and support from Caerphilly Arts Development, and Screen Alliance Wales.
Now, in 2024, we are back, and expanding the opportunities available for people based within the Caerphilly County and the South Wales Valleys.

Third Time Lucky Productions
We are looking for some young actors to be a part of 'Lights, Camera, Caerphilly! Take Two!'
The successful applicants will get two days of training from industry professionals, followed by paid acting work on our 2024 short film, 'The Great Caerphilly Cheese Heist'.
To apply you must live within the Caerphilly County, or have a strong connection to it, and you must be between the ages of 16 and 25.
Auditions will be held on the 29th of May in Caerphilly Town.
